Sarvesh Kaushal, IAS (Retd.), serves as the advisory board of Yuva and Sewa Foundation (YASF), bringing nearly four decades of distinguished public service, visionary leadership, and unwavering commitment to nation-building. A nationally recognized administrator and Prime Minister's Award recipient, he has held several key leadership positions in the Indian Administrative Service, including serving as the Chief Secretary to the Government of Punjab.

Following an illustrious career in public administration, Shri Kaushal continues to dedicate his time to education, social service, philanthropy, legal practice, public policy, and community development. His multifaceted contributions as an academician, consultant, author, digital content creator, and social reformer reflect his lifelong commitment to empowering individuals and strengthening society.

As the Chairman of Kaushal Foundation and an active supporter of several national-level social organizations, he has consistently championed initiatives that promote education, ethical leadership, youth empowerment, and inclusive development.
