Prof. (Dr.) Devinder Singh is a distinguished academician, legal scholar, and higher education administrator with more than 25 years of experience in legal education, research, institutional leadership, and public policy. He currently serves as the Vice-Chancellor of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University (DBRANLU), Sonipat, and has previously served as Professor in the Department of Laws at Panjab University, Chandigarh. His academic expertise spans Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Administrative Law, Election Law, Family Law, Clinical Legal Education, and Legal Aid.

Throughout his career, Prof. Singh has played a significant role in advancing legal education, academic governance, constitutional values, and research-driven policy discourse. He has authored and edited numerous scholarly publications, delivered keynote lectures at national and international forums, and has been actively involved in promoting legal awareness, access to justice, and institutional excellence.

As a Member of the Advisory Board of Yuva and Sewa Foundation (YASF), Prof. Singh provides strategic guidance on legal awareness, educational excellence, youth leadership, governance, public policy, and institutional development.
