Prof. Dilbag Singh is a distinguished academic administrator and education leader currently serving as the Registrar of Indira Gandhi University (IGU), Meerpur, Rewari, Haryana. In this capacity, he plays a pivotal role in university governance, academic administration, policy implementation, institutional coordination, and the effective management of higher education systems.

With extensive experience in university administration and academic leadership, Prof. Singh has contributed to strengthening institutional governance, promoting quality assurance, facilitating academic excellence, and supporting the implementation of progressive educational initiatives aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020).

As a Member of the Advisory Board of Yuva and Sewa Foundation (YASF), Prof. Singh provides strategic guidance on higher education, institutional development, youth empowerment, academic governance, and capacity building.
