Adv. Parveen is a legal professional with a multidisciplinary academic background in Computer Applications, Information Technology, and Law. Holding degrees in BCA, MCA, and LL.B. from Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak, he combines technical expertise with legal acumen to address contemporary legal and governance challenges.

He has appeared before the Delhi High Court and the High Court of Manipur, gaining practical experience in legal advocacy, constitutional matters, and judicial proceedings. His professional approach is guided by integrity, diligence, and a commitment to justice and public service.

In addition to his legal career, Adv. Parveen has been associated with Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) since 2007–08, where he received organizational guidance and leadership training under respected senior pracharaks Shri Randhir Ji and Late Shri Dhoop Singh Ji (Former District Pracharak, Rohtak). This association has strengthened his commitment to nation-building, social responsibility, and community service.

As a Member of the Advisory Board of Yuva and Sewa Foundation (YASF), Adv. Parveen provides strategic guidance on legal affairs, governance, institutional compliance, digital systems, and youth leadership.
