Monika, an Haryana Civil Services (HCS) Officer (2023 Batch), serves as a Member of the Advisory Board of Yuva and Sewa Foundation (YASF). Currently posted as Joint Director in the Department of Future, Government of Haryana, she brings a progressive outlook, administrative expertise, and a strong commitment to public service.

Holding a Postgraduate degree in Political Science and International Relations, Monika combines academic excellence with practical governance experience. Her understanding of public policy, institutional development, and citizen-centric administration enables her to contribute meaningfully to initiatives that promote youth empowerment, education, leadership development, and sustainable social progress.
