Dr. Rajkumar Phalwaria serves as the Chief Mentor of Yuva and Sewa Foundation (YASF), bringing distinguished expertise in higher education, public policy, political science, and institutional leadership. A respected academician and educationist, he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science at Shyama Prasad Mukherjee College, University of Delhi, where he has been actively engaged in teaching, research, and mentoring future leaders.

Currently serving as the Joint Director of Gandhi Bhawan, University of Delhi, Dr. Phalwaria is dedicated to promoting the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi through value-based education, peace, social harmony, and nation-building initiatives. His academic work reflects a deep commitment to democratic values, constitutional principles, public leadership, and community engagement.
